Noelle Ballarini

 

Noelle paints primarily in oils and specializes in landscapes and seascapes, animal portraits and still life.  

Noelle has painted for over 20 years in the United States and Europe and previously studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She has continued her studies with several local master painters on the Monterey Peninsula. She currently lives in California and Italy and strives to capture the astounding natural beauty of both regions.

She is honored that her work has been selected to exhibit with those of so many talented artists.
